National Student Clearinghouse Data Correction
These instructions are intended for individuals who have received notification from the UCSD Registrar's Office of a data discrepancy concerning your enrollment reported to the National Student Clearinghouse.
If you've recently received such a notice, we require that you verify your social security number. Please follow the instructions below.
- Please supply the Registrar's Office with a copy of your signed social security card and official photo ID.
- Because of the sensitive nature of the data and to provide you with the fullest protection of your identity, please bring these documents in-person during business hours to the Registrar’s Office on the second floor of the Student Services Center on the UCSD campus as soon as possible.
