Reporting Academic Misconduct

If you're aware of cheating or any other incidence of academic misconduct at UC San Diego, it's your duty to report it.

You're responsible for upholding the value of the University's academic reputation. This means that you're responsible for ensuring your own academic integrity as well as the academic integrity of your peers.

What happens next

  • All reports are forwarded to the Academic Integrity Office.
  • The University will investigate and possibly take action, but you can choose to remain anonymous and uninvolved in the process.
