Scholarships for Continuing Undergraduate Students

Learn about scholarships that are administered by UCSD for continuing undergraduates.

How to apply for the UCSD continuing
undergraduate scholarships listed below:

  1. You can apply online for many of the continuing undergraduate scholarships listed below. Look for the online application in early December, using the Financial Aid tool.
    • Review the Continuing Undergraduate Scholarship Guidelines (PDF) for details on completing your application and any additional eligibility requirements.
    • File your online application by 11:30 p.m., February 20, 2012.
    • Correct or update your online application any time up to the deadline.
  2. Some scholarships require a paper application and will have different deadlines. Refer to the list below to find PDFs.
  3. File your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by March 2 to demonstrate that you meet the financial need criterion, if applicable (read moreabout FAFSA).
  4. Based on the information you provided in steps 1, 2, and 3 above, UCSD will consider you for any UCSD scholarships for which you qualify.
  5. Eligibility is limited to United States citizens or permanent residents (green card holders).
  6. UCSD will e-mail you notification of any scholarship awards in June. Check your application status online using the Financial Aid tool.
