How to Enter a Mailing Address in the Addresses Tool

Students can maintain various addresses with the campus. Below are examples of address types and formats for entering the information in the Addresses tool.

Current Address to which mail is sent during the school year. (This address is used for mailings to graduate students all year.)
Permanent Address to which mail is sent during the summer or where mail may be received when there is no valid Current address. Diplomas are mailed to this address.
Parent / Guardian Address for parent or guardian.
