About Associated Students

Learn about the Associated Students organization and the role it plays in improving student life at UCSD.

The goal of Associated Students (A.S.) is to promote involvement in student government as well as leadership and service in all areas of student and community life.

The A.S. is made up of 42 positions: five executive officers, 10 associate vice presidents, six college council chairs, and 27 senators. The council and committees meet weekly.

All students are invited to attend the 6 p.m. council meeting each Wednesday in Price Center Forum (4th floor, Price Center East, map). Join us to find out what's going on and how you can get involved!
