Central Cashier's Office

The Central Cashier's Office is responsible for processing cash and check payments made to the University. This includes payments and deposits for the following:

Student account charges:

  • Registration fees
  • Housing fees
  • Health insurance
  • Student Health Services fees
  • Copy/printer charges
  • Parking permits
  • Bookstore charges
  • Library fines
  • Add/drop fees

 Miscellaneous fees:

  • Replacement UCSD ID card
  • Transcript fees
  • Verification fees
  • Application for readmission
  • Thesis filing fees
  • Candidacy fee for PhD or master's degree

Apr. 11: Deadline for re-enroll and apply for part -time status
Apr. 18: April monthly bill due
