Student Volunteers

CARE Peer Education Program

CARE at the Sexual Assault Resource Center is currently accepting applications for the 2018-2019 academic year.

CARE at SARC is looking for 6 - 8 individuals who are interested in volunteering as CARE peer educators for the remainder of the 2018-2019 academic year. The mission of the CARE Peer Education Program is to raise awareness throughout the UC San Diego community about sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. CARE Peer Educators will raise awareness through tabling and events, while also promoting activities and attitudes that will contribute to ending violence.

Please complete both steps below to have your application considered:

  1. Attend a mandatory 30 minute information session.

Community Service Students

CARE at the Sexual Assault Resource Center does not have any opportunities available for students to complete community service hours following a Student Conduct Code violation.

Off-campus Opportunities

There are many other local non-profit organizations that address sexual assault, relationship violence, and/or stalking. We encourage you to find the best volunteer opportunity for your interests!
