Conference Schedule

Learn about Academic Enrichment Programs' annual Undergraduate Research Conference.

The Undergraduate Research Conference is an annual event put on by the Academic Enrichment Programs in association with Experiential Learning Cluster, Student Affairs, and the Office of Research Affairs.

Each UC San Diego faculty member may nominate up to 3 students to participate. The goal of the conference is to recognize the excellent undergraduate research at UC San Diego, encourage students to pursue post-graduate degrees or careers in research, and to provide a supportive environment in which students may share their research with one another as well as with faculty.

Saturday, May 5, UC San Diego Faculty Club

  • 8–9 a.m.: Breakfast (Faculty Club Dining Room)
  • 8:30 a.m.: Opening remarks (Faculty Club Dining Room)
  • 9–11:45 a.m.: Session One (Faculty Club)
  • 11:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Lunch (Faculty Club Courtyard)
  • 1–3:45 p.m.: Session Two (Faculty Club)
  • 3:45 p.m.: Closing Remarks & Group Photo
