Can't Sign on to TritonLink?
If you forget or don't have your PID (student identification), PAC (personal access code), or password, find out how to get them.
- Fill out, sign, and return the PID/PAC Request Form (PDF) to the Registrar's Office:
- Once the information is verified, you'll receive your PID within 4 business hours.
- Note: Your response may be delayed on university holidays or when the campus is closed during winter break (see the academic calendar).
If you remember your Undergraduate Application ID number (7 digits):
- Use the Password Change tool. Enter your Application ID number and you'll be provided with your PID.
Otherwise:
