Who can I contact about using ROTC at UCSD?

The UCSD ROTC program is hosted through San Diego State University. 

Please work with Third Party Billing in Student Financial Solutions once you have authorization paperwork for ROTC.  

I am an active-duty service member or a reservist. How do I use the DoD Tuition Assistance program (TA) at UCSD?

Student Financial Solutions (SFS), specifically the “Third Party Payments” department, processes all TA programs. Submit your authorization documents to SFS by following the directions on their website.

Your active duty or reserve unit will provide you with TA authorization paperwork.

Our office can assist with DoD Tuition Assistance by reporting your grades at the end of a term, or if your courses needed to be added to your military branches’ TA web portal. Please email our office at vao@ucsd.edu as soon as you receive your final grades for each term.
