Can't Sign on to TritonLink?

If you forget or don't have your PID (student identification), PAC (personal access code), or password, find out how to get them.

If you created your own password and were not assigned a 4-digit PAC

If you were assigned a 4-digit PAC

  • Fill out, sign, and return the PID/PAC Request Form (PDF) to the Registrar's Office:
  • Once the information is verified, you'll receive your PID within 4 business hours.
  • Note: Your response may be delayed on university holidays or when the campus is closed during winter break (see the academic calendar).

If you lost or don't have your PID

If you remember your Undergraduate Application ID number (7 digits):

  • Use the Password Change tool. Enter your Application ID number and you'll be provided with your PID.

Otherwise:

  • Fill out, sign, and return the PID/PAC Request Form (PDF) to the Registrar's Office:
  • Once the information is verified, you'll receive your PID within 4 business hours.
  • Note: Your response may be delayed on university holidays or when the campus is closed during winter break (see the academic calendar).

If you are a Summer Session-only student

If you have not yet created an account:

If you set up an account and were assigned a PID, but lost it or don't have it:

  • Fill out, sign, and return the Visitor PID/PAC Request Form (PDF) to the Registrar's Office:
  • Once the information is verified, you'll receive your PID within 4 business hours.
  • Note: Your response may be delayed on university holidays or when the campus is closed during winter break (see the academic calendar).
