Additional Student Mail and Package Info

Remember to check your package notification email to confirm your parcel center pickup location. Read the notification carefully. It may contain special instructions that direct you to a different location during peak times.

You might receive a delivery email from your package carrier. This just means that your carrier delivered your package to the Student Mail warehouse and still needs to be processed and delivered to the correct parcel center.

We appreciate your support as we continue to evolve the student package experience to bring you added convenience, expanded services, greater access, and an increased level of safety. Thank you for your feedback and support.

Make sure everyone who sends you mail has your full name and address, including your mailbox number.

Once you do receive your notification email, please double check the email to confirm the appropriate parcel center location for pickup.
