About volunteering
Interested in volunteering for MEDS? Our volunteers are an invaluable asset, and help us before MEDS even begins! We ask for help setting up the week of the conference, as well as the day of MEDS. Volunteer jobs include directing traffic, clean-up between workshops, student check-in, among others.
While our volunteers are welcome to stay for the conference, priority seating goes to students who have registered. For students who have not attended MEDS, we encourage you to register as a student instead of volunteering—if you enjoy the conference, consider volunteering the next year!
